1) Scope and definitions

This Policy applies to service engagements initiated through this Website or related communication channels.

“Deliverables” can include documents, templates, drafts, and written usage notes provided digitally.

“Work started” means we began drafting, reviewing, or producing deliverables based on your request.

2) Before work begins

If you cancel before work starts, eligibility for refund depends on the arrangement and whether administrative work has already been performed.

  • If no work was started and no materials were delivered, we generally review refund requests case-by-case.
  • Fees for prior administrative preparation (if applicable) may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
3) After work begins

If work has started, refunds may be limited because time and resources have been committed.

  • Delivered drafts or partial deliverables typically reduce refundable amounts.
  • We may propose a partial refund calculation based on scope completed, where applicable and permitted by law.
  • Where the engagement is a fixed-scope package, we consider the portion of scope completed at the time of cancellation.

This policy does not promise a specific calculation method for every scenario. We assess requests based on context and applicable law.

4) Digital services and delivered materials

Because deliverables are typically digital and may be usable upon delivery, refundability may be limited once materials are delivered.

  • If final deliverables were delivered, refund requests may be declined, subject to applicable law.
  • If there is a clear delivery issue (e.g., corrupted file or wrong attachment), we will aim to correct the delivery.
5) Rescheduling and pauses

If you need more time to provide inputs, we can discuss rescheduling or pausing work where feasible.

  • Pauses may affect timelines and availability.
  • Long pauses may require a revised schedule or scope if context changes.
6) How to request a refund or cancellation

To request cancellation or refund review, contact us and include:

  • Your name and the email used for communication;
  • A brief description of the engagement (package or task);
  • Your request: cancellation only, or refund review;
  • Any supporting context (timeline, deliverables received, etc.).

7) Disputes and questions

If you have concerns about an engagement, we encourage you to contact us first so we can clarify the scope and address misunderstandings.

Nothing in this Policy limits any statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
